You love your home but being comfortable in your surroundings isn’t a good enough reason to stay put. If you find yourself short on space or are going through some life changes, it may be a good time to move.
1. Space requirements
Before taking the plunge, consider the amount of living space you have versus the space you need. This is a compelling reason for moving, especially if you’re thinking of starting a family.
Conversely, if you have too much space on your hands then you should consider moving into a smaller home, which will be easier to maintain.
2. Life changes
Ideally, your neighborhood should reflect your lifestyle. If you've outgrown your neighbors, you should consider moving to another place.
3. Following your dream
Sometimes, there may be no reason to move other than life itself. If you're young or brave enough to move just because you want to live in a particular city or country, and you have the means to do so, then why not?
Sometimes a simple change of pace or the thrill of living out a dream can do wonders for personal growth.
