As a reprieve from the hard edges of the urban metropolis, Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) is offering a premium condominium reminiscent of a nature sanctuary, announced the property developer.
Dubbed Botanika Nature Residences, the three-tower condominium is set on 1.55 hectares of a "centralized garden system" in Filinvest City in Alabang, a mixed-use, masterplanned township.
Designed by Leandro V. Locsin Partners, the architecture rendered each tower into the shape of a leaf. Meanwhile, Botanika's landscaping was rendered by AEcom, an international landscaping consultant.
Catherine Ilagan, executive vice president of Filinvest Alabang, Inc., cited that "open green spaces are getting more and more scarce in the metropolis."
By contrast, Filinvest's planners "[offer] Botanika residents a system of gardens that would allow them to enjoy nature's healing properties right at their doorstep," said Ilagan.
"The planners weren’t afraid to compartmentalize spaces to create greater interest in the landscaping," added Ilagan.
In line with its theme and concept, Botanika was designed as a green building as per the guidelines issued by the Philippine Green Building Council. It is under consideration for the BERDE certification.
Botanika has 369 units measuring 123 to 343 square meters. Its amenities include a tiered lap pool and kiddie pool; various indoor rooms and facilities, among them a gym, a sauna, and a chapel; the Courtyard, a multipurpose lawn; a Sculptural Garden, featuring an outdoor play area with tree houses, a country club, and an ampitheater; and the Central Gardens, a landscaped pathway connecting the various areas in Botanika.
Ilagan issued that the project is pegged to "appeal to captains of industry, self-made entrepreneurs and multinational CEOs seeking quick access to Makati as well as Laguna's industrial estates through the Skyway."
