Homegrown real estate developer, AboitizLand, is set to introduce the third phase of its high-end residential community Priveya Hills on October 22, 2014.
The opening of the village’s Phase 3 marks its mid-term project development milestone. The village is designed as a five-phase development project.
Consistent with the community’s low-density design philosophy, Phase 3 offers only 22 premium lots close to the village’s scenic South Pond.
Nestled between mountains and a lake, Priveya Hills Phase 3 affords both a picturesque view and a cool and breezy atmosphere – the fulfillment of prime, private and privileged living.
Priveya Hills is conceptualized with a view to provide wide, open spaces, plenty of lush greenery and expansive residential spaces. Lots are generously cut, each from 400 to 1,000 square meters in size.
Phase 3 is expected to follow the brisk uptake trend set by the community’s first two phases.
Phase 1 was introduced back in 2012 and the second phase followed some time after.
The project continues to attract a loyal following. It offers sprawling parks and the abundance of lush foliage to its community. The parks host refreshing ponds and landscaped slopes providing, together with a wide vista of Cebu and Mandaue Cities, a welcoming sanctuary for vecinos (Spanish for neighbors; AboitizLand’s term for its clients, homeowners).
The project also became popular as well for its other attributes – round-the-clock security with a sturdy perimeter enclosure, well-planned village amenities and proven value appreciation.
The exclusive community is also set apart for its reliable property management, a feature AboitizLand developments highly assures of.
An affiliate of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc., AboitizLand supports over 400 hectares of Cebu which it has developed into nurturing and enduring residential, commercial and industrial communities. Through these projects, the company has grown its partner and client base to over 2200 vecinos, a hundred merchant-establishments and more than 50 corporate entities, breathing life into its brand promise of nurturing communities.
