After a successful first phase, Ayala Land Premier (ALP) has launched Phase 2 of The Courtyards to the tune of P4 billion.
Set in Cavite, the exclusive, high-end subdivision features the most expensive lot offerings from Ayala Land, Inc., under which ALP functions as the developer of luxury properties.
Phase 1 of The Courtyards featured 431 lots, from which ALP sold over P3 billion in cost. Lots measured 470 to 1,947 square meters, which were sold between P25,000 to P41,000 per square meter.
Meanwhile, Phase 2 is geared to provide an inventory worth up to P4 billion. The company expects to sell all units by the middle of 2015.
"We believe the south has developed into a special thing . . . The Ayala Alabang market has pent-up demand," said Jose Juan Jugo, head of ALP. “We’re confident that with strong demand, [inventory] will go very fast."
The Courtyard's primary target market are "full nesters," according to ALP - "families with one or more children, or couples that are planning to add more to their brood, and this is reflected in the success of our sales thus far,” stated Jugo.
Dubbed as the developer's "blockbuster project," The Courtyards will feature a luxury community center, a multi-purpose court, a swimming pool, and an open playfield, all of which span nearly five hectares in land area. The development itself is accessible via major roads and highways, among them Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Daang-Hari Road, Molino-Paliparan Road, and the forthcoming Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX).
