Ayala Land Inc.'s upmarket subsidiary Ayala Land Premier (ALP) launched their third residential building in Cebu last week.
"The Alcoves" was unveiled as the company's first Cebu-based property that caters to Japanese buyers, a fast-growing market in the city. According to Leya Moya, ALP's project development group head, The Alcoves feature "unique unit offerings geared towards the Japanese market. These features are not present in existing ALP projects in Cebu."
The two-tower, 37-storey development has 480 units in one- to three-bedroom configurations, among them six bi-level units called the "Alcove Suites" and the "Sky Alcove," the largest bi-level unit at the 36th floor. Living spaces measure at least 58 sqm up to 153 sqm.
The 4th floor amenity deck features a kiddie and lounge pool, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, function rooms, a veranda, and a landscaped garden deck spanning 2,500 sqm, while another amenity deck at the 35th floor houses a lap pool, a lounge, and a fitness gym.
The project also has a unique feature called the Alcove Gardens, six green spaces spanning 40 sqm and three levels high. Residents can relax in its outdoor seating area and enjoy the city view.
The Alcoves is set to be completed by 2020 as an integral part of Ayala Center Cebu, a mixed-use urban core built around its signature mall. The ground floor up to the fourth floor of The Alcoves offer direct access to the mall for its residents' convenience. In-house retail options are also found in the first to third levels.
