Ayala Land Inc.'s low-cost housing subsidiary, Amaia Land, enters the Bicol region with an upcoming house-and-lot development in Camarines Sur.
Set in Barangay Palestina in the town of Pili, the project is dubbed Amaia Scapes CamSur, a subdivision spanning 11.5 hectares and consisting of 636 residential units built off of six housing models. Homebuyers can avail of various financing schemes: cash, deferred, bank financing, and Pag-IBIG and in-house financing offered by Amaia itself.
Equipped with an array of standard community amenities, future residents of the development can enjoy a village patio with a pavilion, a swimming pool, a basketball court, a playground, tree-lined streets, and patio greens. The subdivision will also have a guarded entrance and exit gates, a perimeter fence, and 24-hour security.
Though set in the town of Pili, the development is close to and accessible by private and public transportation to Naga City, the bustling capital of the Bicol region. As such, it is a stone's throw from major retail establishments such as the LCC Mall, SM City Naga, Puregold Centro Naga, and a handful of educational institutions, among them Ateneo de Naga University, Central Bicol State University, and the University of Nueva Caceres.
Amaia Land builds three main types of developments: house-and-lot projects, dubbed Amaia Scapes; mid-rise condominiums, called Amaia Steps; and high-rise condominiums, named Amaia Skies. It caters to the broad affordable market segment, promising quality with affordability. So far, it has developments in North Luzon, Metro Manila, South Luzon, the Visayas, and one in Cagayan de Oro, in Mindanao.
