Property developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) has enlisted DM Consunji, Inc. (DMCI) as the general contractor for its project, Anchor Grandsuites.
DMCI has ALHI in its list of institutional clients for their general building, industry, infrastructure, and other construction requirements. The two have worked together before in the construction of two other Binondo projects, Princeview Parksuites and Oxford Parksuites.
Anchor Land and DMCI have a reputation of delivering projects on or before the targeted schedule of completion and this looks to be no exception. As one of the leading construction companies in the country, DMCI will be building Anchor Land’s tallest residential condominium yet by December 2020.
Anchor Grandsuites is set to impose a commanding presence, rising 63 storeys above the streets of Binondo. At such heights, it will be the highest in Manila as well as all Chinatowns globally. From its zenith, one can take in the spectacular skyline of Makati and Manila, as well as the breathtaking sunset of Manila Bay.
Anchor Grandsuites will rise along the historic Masangkay St., along which, a house that the national hero Dr. Jose Rizal used to frequent once stood. It is said that the house once served as the sanctuary of the original manuscript of Rizal’s Noli Me Tangere.
Once built, Anchor Grandsuites will not only serve as a luxurious home to business owners within the busiest parts of Manila, but will also serve as a wise investment. The property will be the first residential condominium to provide modern and stylish amenities like an exclusive health club, fitness center, and clubhouse that will be incorporated to suit the lifestyles of these Binondo entrepreneurs.
“Demand for residential properties in Binondo is still on the upswing, and this new project will provide the right investment that the market is looking for,” said Anchor Land CEO Steve Li. The presence of the property in Binondo also serves as an upgrade that families of hardworking executives deserve, with timeless quality that may be passed on to generations.
“The best thing about working with a dynamic developer like Anchor Land is the challenge for us to match their high standards and perhaps even exceed their expectations. This is the kind of task that drives us to exceed our performance from our last project,” said Jorge A. Consunji, DMCI President/CEO.
With DMCI now officially tasked to handle construction, Anchor Grandsuites is definitely something that property seekers and investors would want to watch out for.
