A local developer in Cebu, AppleOne Properties Inc. recently launched an app that enabled its users -- buyers, sellers, and brokers -- to inquire about, reserve, and transact properties offered by the company.
“Our mobile app provides convenience to our partners and buyers especially those who are based overseas," said Yvet Analis, executive vice president of the property firm.
"Our goal is to create a breakthrough in how we do business and later make our business partners, buyers and sellers realize that this innovation is something that they cannot do without. We realize that the world is getting to be faster and more mobile and we want to make sure that we keep up with the pace as we continue to change the landscape of real estate selling," continued Andalis.
The developer broke through with its project, the AppleOne Tower, a mixed-use residential and office building located within the Cebu Business Park. The tower consists of 20 units of exclusive residential suites and 47 office units.
In addition, the firm is well underway of its exclusive residential subdivision, set to rise in Banawa, Cebu City. Billed as AppleOne Banawa Heights, the compound features three clusters: three 12-story condominium towers, villas, and six "mansionettes," serviced by an array of luxury amenities. There are up to five types of pools, among them penthouse pools and jacuzzis, plus a gym, a function room, and a roofdeck lounge per each condominium tower. Residents of the villas have a pool, a basketball court, and a park and playground, while mansionette owners each have a private swimming pool and a mini-park.
The subdivision is 70 percent open spaces, and will provide for a gazebo and a retail strip with an al fresco cafe, a convenience store, and boutique shops.
Users of the newly-launched app will enjoy features where they can view and keep up to date on the status of developments like Banawa Heights. Buyers can reserve and pay monthly through the app; sellers and agents can access a summary of their receivables, as well as receive alerts to pick up their commissions and incentives, in addition to notifications of upcoming activities and events. A customer service team is also on hand for any inquiries through the app.
"We may now hold numerous road shows in various parts of the world, even at the same time. This move gives us not only a distinct advantage in the industry but also a multiplier effect in our production," said Andalis of the launching the app.
