Billed as “resort-inspired living,” Arista Place is poised to add fourmore buildings to its 4.5-hectare site.
Situated along J.P. Rizal Street in Parañaque City, the project consists of 11 buildings with six stories each. Building features include garden atriums and single-loaded corridors - a known trademark of its developer, DMCI Homes.
Conceived as a residential leisure resort, the development’s highlights take the form of resort amenities infused with an Asian tropical theme. Spanning 1.2 hectares within the compound, the amenities include a basketball court, an indoor badminton court, a leisure pool, a kiddie pool, a playground, a lounge area, a gazebo/cabana, a clubhouse, a fitness gym, biking and jogging paths, and various open and indoor communal spaces, to name a few.
With four more buildings to its name, the number of residential units now has a tally of 1,297. The complex provides 900 parking spaces, open and covered alike.
Arista Place offers a handful of 2-bedroom formats, ranging from 53 - 77 square meters. Equipped with a balcony, units come at a starting price of P2.36 million.
Arista Place welcomed its first residents in March 2014, as its first two buildings - billed “Grande” and “Apex” - opened for occupancy.
