The Capital House, located at the "Active North" of Bonifacio Global City, stands as the second office condominium by Avida Land, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc.
Valued at P4.4 billion, the building features 222 units spanning 62 to 159 square meters, with some whole floor units measuring 1,400 square meters. Each unit is sold at P9.9 to P25.6 million.
The 26-story Capital House caters to Small-to-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) looking for a prime location.
"Apart from its business-friendly environment, [BGC] is home to a number of lifestyle, health, and entertainment hubs, and other institutions which make it a desirable address for companies, employees, and residents alike," said Pol Tanco, head of Avida's Project and Strategic Management Group.
Set to break ground at the corner of 34th Street and 9th Avenue, the building sits within view of the Turf, the go-to soccer field, and the upcoming BGC Sports Complex, not to mention numerous retail, dining, and lifestyle destinations that make the "Home of Passionate Minds" a leading city district.
The project will formally launch on March 24. Completion is pegged at December 2017, with turnover within the second quarter of 2018.
Avida has 10 projects to launch within the first half of 2015, among them the Capital House, two subdivisions, and seven residential condominiums. The firm has pegged to earn P10 billion in sales from these projects.
