Ayala Land Inc.'s mid-income subsidiary, Avida Land, launched a new residential condominium in Bonifacio Global City this November.
Billed as Avida Towers Turf BGC, the 36-storey development may well be Avida's last in the coveted location, built as it is on the one remaining parcel of land for residential developments.
Set to rise at 9th Avenue corner Lane S, the condominium will feature 537 units in each of its two towers, with 18 units per floor. The units -- at one- to three-bedroom renditions -- measure 37 to 56 square meters, and cost P5.2 to P10 million.
BGC is a top lifestyle hub; in line with this, the condominium provides amenities for leisure and recreation, among them adult and kiddie pools, an outdoor playground, a gym, a stand-alone clubhouse, a viewing deck, landscaped garden nooks, and a retail strip on the ground floor.
"Avida Towers Turf encourages residents to have a balanced lifestyle -- a mix of experiencing leisurely activities, and a working environment while at the same time, enjoying their own personal space and intimate time with loved ones in their very own 'turf,'" said Herbert Herrero, a senior executive at Avida.
The Turf towers mark the company's eighth project in BGC. Its residential and office developments in the CBD have, to date, raked in P24.3 billion in sales. They're pegged to earn a total of P32 billion; this newest addition, meanwhile, is expected to make P6.8 billion in revenue.
Avida's second Turf tower is scheduled to launch in 2016, while the first tower is pegged for turnover in March 2020.
