The mid-market subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), Avida Land, recently launched their latest residential tower in Vertis North, a mixed-use, masterplanned township in the north of Quezon City.
Spanning 46 hectares with Trinoma as its retail anchor, Vertis North welcomed Avida Towers Sola, a 31-story condominium offering studio to three-bedroom units measuring 22 to 57 square meters. Unit costs start at P2.6 million and upwards.
Located along EDSA, the development hopes to tap into a market of professionals, families, and upgraders looking for a modern home at a convenient nexus accessible to major roads and transportation options.
Amenities include adult and kiddie pools, a clubhouse, an indoor gym, a children's playground, and a lawn area.
The development also features a Stormwater Management System, a water detention facility to prevent flooding and encourage a walkable and pedestrian-friendly environment.
Aside from Trinoma, Vertis North features other retail and recreational facilities and spaces for future residents, among them the Vertis North Mall which has four retail clusters, open-air walkways and landscaped areas, and several cinemas, one of which is a 400-seater cinema with a balcony and recliner seats.
Vertis North also has an upcoming three-tower office building, the Vertis North Corporate Center, and Seda Vertis North, pegged to be the largest hotel in Quezon City with 438 rooms.
With construction of the tower currently at 90 percent complete, Avida is pegged to turn over units in Sola by 2020.
