Home to 38 buildings as of 2015, Cebu Business Park will soon welcome its newest office tower, Ayala Center Cebu.
Designed to accommodate Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) locators, the 19-story tower offers direct passage to Ayala Center Cebu through a retail and parking podium.
"Ayala Center Cebu Tower is the ideal location for IT (information technology) and BPO investors looking to locate or expand in Cebu,” stated Aniceto V. Bisnar Jr., president of Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI), a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc.
“It is the first of its kind in Cebu to have direct access to a wide variety of shops, services and dining outlets," said Bisnar.
The tower is also accessible from a public transportation terminal located across the street.
“Pedestrian transit connectivity is one of our focus areas in developing a project. Ayala Center Cebu Tower’s proximity to the PUV terminal gives added convenience to its workers," said Bisnar.
The tower features 12 floors for office spaces, five podium levels for parking, two floors for retail establishments, and the 8th floor for dining establishments. It comes equipped with 10 passenger lifts, 100 percent power back-up and redundant cable risers to accommodate four telecommunications providers, and an energy-efficient Building Management System (BMS).
Three other high-rises are currently under construction at the 50-hectare Cebu Business Park, namely Tech Tower; BPI Cebu Corporate Center by Alveo Land; and the luxury condominium The Alcoves by Ayala Land Premier, which provides for 480 residential units.
