A leading entity in its industry, Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) launched Amaia Steps Capitol Central in Bacolod this Saturday, November 15.
Amaia Steps Capitol Central stands as the property giant’s first residential component in the forthcoming Bacolod development. At nine hectares, the mixed-use, masterplanned Capitol Central is pegged to serve as a growth center in Metro Bacolod and Negros Occidental. It is ALI’s flagship project in the region.
A mid-range condominium at nine stories, Amaia Steps Capitol Central has three types of units: studio, de luxe, and premier. Prices range from P1.6 to P2.9 million; unit sizes from 24 to 41 square meters.
The complex itself will hold a courtyard, a swimming pool for adults and kids, a play area for children, a jogging path, landscaped open areas, and retail amenities.
Amaia Steps Capitol Central is located 13 kilometers from the Bacolod-Silay International Airport, with access to public transportation stations for jeepneys, tricycles and ferries. Meanwhile, the immediate vicinity of Capitol Central is poised to provide for work and play, with a forthcoming major mall and hotel.
A subsidiary of ALI, Amaia Land functions as the developer’s brand of economic residential housing, its projects targeted to the affordable market segment. It names its five pillars as Location, Features and Amenities, Quality, Buying Experience, and Living Experience.
