Bonifacio Global City, the "Home of Passionate Minds," is touted as a hotspot for modern, sophisticated living. Aside from its share of top companies in its business centers, the township boasts of sleek condominiums for the vogue in taste. Ayala Land Premier, the upmarket subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), has a new entry on this roster. Its P11.5-billion project called West Gallery Place is positioned as the next in cutting-edge design for an elite market looking to live the high life in High Street South, the trendy residential block in BGC.
"West Gallery Place provides another opportunity to live the vibrant, stylish, and creative life that High Street South Block evokes, while providing something distinctive in character," according to Mike Jugo, the subsidiary's director of sales.
"It's a location where a premium residence like West Gallery Place will be the superior choice in living spaces," said Jugo.
At 49 stories, the project has 420 units measuring at least 52 square meters for the smallest variant. The units are rendered in one- to four-bedroom cuts. There are two- and four-level villas, the latter of which spans 701 square meters. The four-level villas have a private elevator, wrap-around balconies on each floor, and a spacious outdoor deck. Meanwhile, at the topmost floor, a premium unit called the Skyrise 49 spans 832 square meters, and costs P234 million.
West Gallery Place is outfitted with several amenities, including a social hall with an adjacent pantry, a boardroom, a gym, an indoor play area for kids, and a lap/lounge pool, all within an amenity deck.
The project is a follow-up to East Gallery Place, which was launched in October last year. East Gallery Place has since sold 84 percent of its inventory amounting to P9.3 billion. West Gallery Place has, within a month, sold some 48 units costing P1.6 billion in total.
