A project by Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG), Azure North reportedly raked in P1.6 billion in its first quarter presales, said the property giant.
A residential development set in San Fernando, Pampanga, the 8-hectare Azure North was conceived with the look and feel of a modern tropical designer resort. Dubbed "The Resort Residences," its residential component has seven forthcoming towers and town house clusters, all of which were named after brand ambassador Paris Hilton's favorite beachside destinations. CPG sold units, worth the aforementioned amount, from its first two towers, Monaco and Bali.
CPG's investor relations director, Kristina Garcia, expressed high hopes for the development.
"We are excited about the prospects of Azure North," said Garcia in an email statement. "Our sales take-up figures are proof of the strength of the city’s economy and the strength of the Century brand."
Azure North will feature a man-made beach. Designed with white sand and lined with palm trees and landscaping, the beach will have an island at the center of the body of water. The island, meanwhile, will feature a venue for private functions.
Other water attractions include a wave pool; a lap pool for athletic swimming; a reflecting pool to relax in; a kiddie pool; a water slide; cascading waterfalls; and a beach-fringed lagoon for wading and sunbathing.
The project, likewise, will have spaces and amenities for retail and businesses. Azure North has upcoming corporate towers, plus a shopping and retail boardwalk encircling the man-made beach.
Azure North stands as CPG’s first masterplanned, mixed-use township outside of Metro Manila.
