Century Properties Group (CPG) recently broke ground on the eighth and last tower of The Residences at Commonwealth, their first residential project in Quezon City.
Located along Don Antonio Drive, The Residences is the upmarket developer's foray into mid-market housing, offering "uncommon" beauty, convenience, and amenities catered to families and singles.
"Commonwealth by Century seeks to surpass the standards set for residential projects within this category by introducing pioneering amenities and features that will exceed what the market has been accustomed to," says CPG's chief operating officer, Marco Antonio.
Antonio led the groundbreaking rites on the 16-storey tower, the southernmost building on the development.
The Residenes at Commonwealth feature plenty of green spaces, from "Box Gardens," "Vertical Gardens" and "Roof Gardens" that encourage a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle by way of a green, growing environment. Likewise, its range of amenities allow for active and enriching pursuits. Residents have, on hand, a yoga deck, an athletic bootcamp, a basketball court, a badminton court, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a water garden, a cooking studio and kitchen, a creche and kindergarten, a library, a "School of Rock" music studio, an arts and crafts studio, a screening room, and a children's playground with a unique and modern design.
Living spaces are rendered in studio to two-bedroom cuts measuring 21 sqm (studio units) to 72 sqm (the largest two-bedroom units), priced at an average of P80,000 per sqm.
The tower is set for completion in September 2019. The development's first tower, Osmena West, is currently in its turnover phase.
