Light 'em up: LED pots and planters will add flair (no pun intended) to your garden at night.
Repurpose old wine or champagne bottles to line the edges of your path or your flower beds. Decorate them as you please and install by burying the bottleneck, thus securing the bottle upside-down into the ground. Additionally, you can bury the bottles bottom-up to make a garden path.
Go old-school: use a candle instead of typical lighting. Secure a short, stout candle into a wine glass with glue, double-sided tape, or melted candle wax. Place the glass at the center of a pot of flowers. Light the candle at dark: it adds a touch of romantic to the air.
Upgrade your garden pebbles with a quality brand of glow-in-the-dark spray paint. Use the pebbles on or along your garden path, or as decorations on your planters and pots.

Use an old steel drum. Cut out the bottom. Place the drum into a dugout in the ground and secure into place by packing soil and slabs of stone around the drum. Perfect for chillier nights, backyard barbecues, and the occasional drum circle.
