A new mixed-use high-rise project dubbed "The Olive Place" was launched last month in Mandaluyong City. Groundbreaking rites were held by developer DataLand Inc., known for their projects The Silk Residences in Manila and the Ivywall Hotel in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
The forthcoming development will stand at 50 stories, located at 407 Shaw Boulevard, Brgy. Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City . It has two towers set to rise on a lot spanning 2,896 square meters.
The towers themselves will consist of ground- and second-level retail floors, one basement parking level, seven levels of podium parking, five floors of office space, an amenity deck at the 17th floor, and 35 floors dedicated to their residential units, which feature 594 units in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom cuts. The price range is cited at P2.3 to P7.2 million.
Meanwhile, an array of amenities awaits future residents: a kiddie pool, a lounge deck and pool deck, a yoga space, a playground, a game room, a social and function hall, a self-service laundry area, an adult pool, a jacuzzi, a meditation garden, a gym and sauna, a library, and 24-hour concierge service.
With a tagline promising "Balanced Living Defined," the Olive Place positions itself as an enclave for professionals and families looking to lead a balanced modern lifestyle in the metro. Located as it is along the major thoroughfare of Shaw Blvd., there are plenty of shops and retail options as well as dining establishments in the immediate vicinity. The locale is also accessible via public or private transportation to major shopping centers and business districts nearby.
Turnover is pegged at November 2019.
