The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) will be holding an auction for foreclosed properties on February 9, 2017 (Thursday).
Most notable among the properties is a Davao City property worth a minimum bid of P130,401,000.
The property is four (4) contiguous residential/commercial lots with bakeshop/ foodhouse, two (2) storey storage and display, two (2) storey carport, storage and living quarters, two (2) storey lumber shed and storage and office bldgs.
Other notable properties include an industrial/residential lot with (2) storey residential building with perimeter fence solar drier, a bodega/warehouse building, and a garage in Cagayan for P10 million. Another is a P14 million residential lot in Palawan. In Samar, there are 9-parcel residential-industrial lots with office/copra laboratory, two (2) warehouse building, garage, water tank, and fanc for P10 million.
In summary, DBP will be auctioning properties in the following locations:

- Davao City
- Davao Oriental
- Ilocos Norte
- Northern Samar
- Nueva Ecija
- Negros Occidental
- Oriental Mindoro
- Zamboanga City
The auction will be held on February 9, 2017, Thursday, at 1:30 p.m., at 2nd Floor, DBP Building, C.M. Recto Avenue, Davao City and Suite 5, Executive Lounge, 12th Floor, DBP Head Office Bldg., Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., cor Makati Ave., Makati City.
