Starting out as an in-house real estate seller, Bancrea Homes has evolved into a fully digital marketing solution for both real estate buyers and sellers.
On October 15, Bancrea Homes launched its 24/7 real estate digital services that benefit sellers and buyers alike through its website, www.BancreaHomes.com.
Bancrea is the brainchild of Roy Buen, a 10-year veteran in sales and marketing of the real estate industry. After managing sales networks for a number of developers and interior design and home improvement companies, he came up with Bancrea Homes in 2011. Besides targeting local homebuyers, they also target overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
Buen says Bancrea’s primary mission is to be accommodating to homebuyers. Even when the buyer has reserved a unit, the agent has to make sure they are available for further questions and concerns, he says. “Ibuhos natin nang buong buo ang talent natin, ang pwersa natin as a seller sa kanila...Makakapag-sabi sila sa atin na at home sila sa Bancrea,” he says.
