An "all-in-one" urban township in the affluent South, Filinvest City is 244 hectares of a "fully integrated and self-contained community" with a "residential haven, business central, leisure destination, learning and education zone, and medical and wellness hub," according to its official website.
Its newest condominium tower, dubbed Bristol, will rise within Parkway Place, its residential project within the township. Bristol is the second tower of the planned four-tower development.
Bristol will have 40 stories consisting of 345 units. One-bedroom units measure 53 - 65 square meters; two-bedrooms are allotted 100 - 110 square meters; and three-bedrooms are at 150 square meters.
"We launched Bristol to address the need for bigger and more spacious units favored by the more affluent global market of expatriates, local residents with foreign nationalities, Filipinos who have worked abroad, balikbayans and the like," said Catherine Ilagan, executive vice president of Filinvest Alabang, Inc., a subsidiary of FLI.
Bristol comes with an array of amenities, among them staples such as a function room for private events, an entertainment and media room for watching movies, a meditation yoga deck, swimming pools for adults and kids, a fitness center, and a grand reception lobby. In addition, the condominium has its own private gate, a retail promenade, and a sky lounge with a 360-degree view of the city.
Construction is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2016. The tower is located at the corner of Parkway Avenue and Corporate Avenue, across Festival Supermall's new River Park.
