Filinvest Premiere, the luxury developer under Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) has rolled out a new mid-rise condominium project, billed as "The Signature."
The Signature incorporates feng shui in its design, according to property firm.
"[E]lements of [feng shui] have been incorporated into this 6,000-square-meter development to beautify it and to encourage positive and lucky energy -- a bonus for those looking for a chic condo," shared guest speaker and feng shui master, Hanz Cua, during the firm's media presentation.
Located along A. Bonifacio Avenue in Quezon City
, the upmarket development consists of three towers with 15 stories each, equipped with eight to nine units per floor. Each unit contains either a balcony or a private garden; a maid's or utility room; and two to three bedrooms, each with its own toilet and bath.
The two- and three-bedrooms range from 75 to 105 square meters, with starting prices of P9 and P14 million, respectively.
The amenity areas, meanwhile, are where the feng shui tradition is most observable, said Cua.
"The Signature gives a nod to Chinese heritage by incorporating elements of feng shui into common spaces," said Cua, who added that The Signature's green space is designed after the Summer Palace in Beijing.
"The water features at The Signature -- the Olympic-size lap pool, submerged and kiddie pools, and lounge and pool decks in each tower -- not only contribute to a resort-like ambiance but also enhance flow of money and career of the residents," said Cua.
"Taichi gardens and oriental courtyards imbue the space with the air of serenity, a significant contrast to the lively and busy highway fronting the property," Cua added.
The project's amenities consist of "Wellness," "Family," and "Kiddie" zones.
Wellness facilities include a resort-type pool called The Signature Lake, which features an Olympic-sized lap pool and a wading pool; a sundeck, a jet spa; a meditation or tai chi garden; a fully-equipped fitness center, a ballet studio, and lockers and changing rooms.
The "Family" zone consists of a mini theater; a KTV room; function rooms; a concert hall; a game room; a meeting lounge; a "barbecue station"; and oriental courtyards.
The "Kiddie" zone, meanwhile, features a pool, playground, a daycare center, and a study area for children.
A commercial hub also provides for retail and dining options for residents.
Asya Design, a local firm, was tapped to provide The Signature's architecture. Interior decor is credited to Arlen de Guzman, a decorator with 30 years of experience in the field. Landscaping was handled by AECOM, the same firm of designers and engineers behind the Ayala Triangle Gardens and Anvaya Cove
