Zitan, a 35-story condominium, is set to rise in Greenfield District in Mandaluyong. It will be the first condominium within the 12-hectare central business district.
Zitan offers studio and one-bedroom units spanning 25.40 to 46 square meters, ideal for professionals who wish to live closer to their places of work. It boasts of direct access to the MRT3 line and proximity to bus and jeepney stops along major thoroughfares.
"Zitan offers future residents an exclusive access to lots of lifestyle opportunities that abound within the District, being strategically bound by main thoroughfares, Shaw Boulevard and EDSA, and only a few minutes' drive away from other central business districts like Ortigas, Makati, and Bonifacio Global City," stated Atty. Duane Santos, executive vice president of Greenfield Development Corp. (GDC).
Aside from accessibility perks, Greenfield hosts an array of amenities, among them a swimming pool, function rooms, landscaped gardens, a fitness center, a main lobby with front desk service and concierge, 24/7 security, CCTV monitors, fire alarms and sprinkler systems, three high-speed residential elevators, a service elevator, stand-by power supply, and fiber-to-fiber floor technology, allowing for high-speed Internet and mobile connectivity.
Construction is pegged to complete up to 10 percent of the project by yearend. Topping off is scheduled within the fourth quarter of 2015, while turnover of units from the 6th to 17th floors is set in August 2016, and units on higher floors will be turned over on March 2017, according to GDC.
