Style 1: Take a walk down memory lane (literally) by lining the entire length of the hallway with framed photos of the family. For something more artsy, instead of photos of the family, frame art pieces or black and white photographs you can buy from the flea market or rising artist.Style 2: Make your hallway bright and refreshing. Get a single console table to be placed just on the side of the wall, with matching lamps on top. (Just make sure the width of the table does not eat up too much space.) You can throw in some pictures and paintings on the wall if you like. To really bring in brightness, place a vase filled with fresh flowers.Style 3: Mirrors are one way to go. Place mirrors on each end of the hallway or along the entire length to create the illusion of more space. To add more texture, place a long carpet.Style 4: If you’re feeling more creative and experimental, paint the entire ceiling of your hallway in your own artistic style. Take inspiration from graffiti artists for something bright, colourful and eclectic.Style 5: Simple details can spell a difference. For something subtle yet sophisticated, trim the wall and ceiling with a classic style crown moulding. The dainty trim will add a touch of elegance.
