A known paragon of the posh, the fashionable, the upscale in style and living, Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, California, served as the inspiration to Megaworld’s latest township, Alabang West.
Poised to rise in the affluent South, the mixed-use community is set to provide retail, residential, and commercial components to high-end consumers. Its look and feel will be decidedly Beverly Hills - that is, iconic of the glamor of the Hollywood lifestyle.
“Soon to rise will be a themed township that highlights the best of Hollywood, specifically Beverly Hills,” said Megaworld’s senior vice president, Jericho P. Go.
“We envision this development to be the next big thing in Alabang,” stated Go.
Among many things, Beverly Hills is known for shopping destination Rodeo Drive, a two-mile strip with designer boutiques. Likewise, Alabang West will have its own Rodeo Drive, named after the original, with an array of upscale shopping choices and amenities. Spanning 1.3 kilometers, this local Rodeo Drive will likewise be lined with palm trees.
Megaworld Global-Estate’s vice president for sales and marketing, Rachelle Peñaflorida, stated that the retail strip is primed to be “the newest shopping hub in the South, and lifestyle mavens will surely enjoy the myriad offerings of Rodeo Drive,” where “people can get the best of gourmet, fashion and boutique finds.”
As for its residential offerings, Alabang West has 788 lots with an average of 250 to 800 square meters. The total land area of the township spans 62 hectares. It is located near Alabang Town Center, Alabang Golf & Country Club, San Beda College-Alabang, PAREF Woodrose, De La Salle Santiago-Zobel, the Asian Hospital, and other noted establishments in the South.
Costing P10 billion, Alabang West stands as the property giant’s 15th township. Turnover is estimated to take place in 2017.
