Megaworld's forthcoming residential tower in Binondo is pegged to modernize the iconic district, according to the developer.
Scheduled for completion in 2017, Noble Place is an all-glass tower, 47 stories high and equipped with 460 units rendered in studio to five-bedroom cuts. Every unit is furnished with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and one- to five-bedrooms each have a private balcony overlooking Chinatown's sights, the Pasig River, the Intramuros golf course, and Manila Bay.
Noble Place is also the first in its area to offer 24-hour video intercom service in each unit, a security provision for its residents. Other amenities include a fitness center, an infinity pool, a reading lounge, a tai chi deck, picnic areas, a spa and sauna, a clubhouse, a business center, a game room, a skygarden, an indoor badminton court convertible into a tennis court, and a tent pavilion for events and indoor activities. The ground floor is set to feature boutiques, coffeeshops, beauty salons and retail outlets.
Located at the corner of Juan Luna and Dasmariñas Streets in Binondo, Noble Place is within a hotbed of retail options. Divisoria is on hand and nearby malls include Lucky Chinatown Mall, Cityplace Square, and 168 and 999, famous spots for bargain finds. Old Manila and its heritage buildings are also close by, as is the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
To incentivise investors, Noble Place is extending flexible payment terms to clients, with Megaworld offering an exclusive in-house no downpayment scheme and monthly amortizations payable in 48 months without interest.
