Noble Place, a 47-story luxury condominium in Chinatown, Binondo, is scheduled for completion in early 2017, according to its developer, Megaworld Corporation
, who hired triple "A" construction firm EEI Corp. to build the project.
"The project is on schedule. The foundation is already done and the contractor is already starting the construction of the residential tower," said Wilson Sy, head of sales and marketing of Megaworld's Chinatown group.
Costing P4.5 billion, the project is a glass-and-concrete building containing 460 units, among them studio units, one-bedrooms, and two- to five-bedrooms equipped with balconies that provide views of the Pasig river, the Intramuros golf course, Manila Bay, the surrounding Chinatown, and other sights in Binondo, Manila. Units contain provisions for telephone and internet lines; CATV lines; and hot and cold water.
The ground level will contain an array of retail and dining spaces, including coffee shops, boutiques, and salons. Amenities within the premises include an infinity pool with a sunbathing lounge, tai chi and picnic areas, a clubhouse / multi-purpose area, a tent pavilion for events and social gatherings, a business center, a daycare / tutoring room, a gym with sauna and spa, a game room, a kiddie pool, and a children's playground. The 47th floor, meanwhile, features a viewing deck and a badminton court, while the 16th and 26th floors will have skygardens.
Noble Place is located at the corner of Juan Luna Street and Dasmariñas Street in Chinatown, Bindondo.
