Residential developer Prominence Properties recently opened a three-hectare subdivision in Baliuag, Bulacan named Silverdale Residences.
Located along Doña Remedios Trinidad (DRT) Highway in Barangay Tangos, the subdivision has 327 units of its "Hayley" model home, which spans 54 sqm in lot area and 45 sqm in floor area. The two-story units are equipped with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a ground floor "powder room," provisions for cable and telephone utilities, a car park, and small sections for a garden and a service area.
Billed as a family-friendly neighborhood, the subdivision has a clubhouse, a covered basketball court, parks and a playground, and a guarded entrance gate.
Silverdale stands as the developer's second project in Bulacan. Their first subdivision, Paseo de San Roque Village, spans 5.2 hectares along the DRT Highway near the town of San Rafael.
Paseo de San Roque features two model homes with 70 sqm of floor area. Each model has two bedrooms, one bathroom, provisions for CATV, telephone and air-conditioning, parking space for two vehicles, and a small service area. "Florence," the first model, measures 36 sqm in lot area; "Vea," the second model, is a duplex unit in a 40-sqm lot.
Paseo de San Roque’s amenities include a clubhouse, an outdoors basketball court, a playground, a swimming pool, a chapel, a centralized water system, an underground drainage system, and a guarded entrance gate.
Sales and marketing supervisor of Prominence Properties, Claribel Daguio, talks about Bulacan as a prime location for both projects.
"Our projects may be located further north but both locations are just right for them since they basically target those planning to start a family," said Daguio. "The air is clean, Baliuag University and other fine schools are just a ride away, SM Baliuag is less than a kilometer away, and if you need to go to Metro Manila, air-conditioned buses are available any time of the day and those with cars would surely appreciate North Luzon Expressway’s newly opened Balagtas Exit."
"To be sure, many people still prefer a traditional suburban lifestyle that both Silverdale Residences and Paseo de San Roque Village offer. With the bigger plans of Baliuag and San Rafael taking shape, establishments are starting to increase in number," added Daguio.
