With upcoming office towers Rockwell Business Center-Sheridan in Mandaluyong and Santolan Town Plaza in San Juan, Lopez-led developer Rockwell Land Corp. is expanding its leasable office spaces to nearly 160,000 square meters in 2017.
Pegged for completion within the next year, Rockwell Business Center-Sheridan provides for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) locators with two Grade A office towers. At nine stories high, the towers have 22,000 square meters each in gross leasable office space and 3,800 square meters for retail businesses.
Set to rise a few blocks from Greenhills in San Juan, Santolan Town Plaza measures 9,775 square meters in gross leasable office space, providing up to five stories with various floor cuts measuring 150 to 1,975 square meters. Retail options will also be on hand, spanning three levels within the development.
A flagship project by subsidiary Rockwell Retailscapes, Santolan Town Plaza is pegged for completion by the third quarter of 2017, and is set to cater to different types of businesses and trade.
A luxury developer known for its residential projects, Rockwell Land debuted in office development with Rockwell Business Center-Ortigas in 2009. The company has since churned out residential projects until 8 Rockwell, which launched in 2015 and marked the developer's re-entry into the office sector.
