A 67-storey condominium, the forthcoming Shang Salcedo Place is pegged to embody the chic, upmarket lifestyle of Salcedo Village
in Makati, where it is set to rise.
It holds studio units and one- to three-bedroom units spanning 35 to 162 square meters. Amenities include a gym equipped with changing rooms and saunas; a children's play area; multi-purpose game rooms; spacious function rooms; adult- and kid-sized outdoor swimming pools; a Jacuzzi; and a podium garden with a play area and barbecue grill.
The project is the third by Shang Properties
in Makati, following Shang Grand Tower in Legazpi Village, and The Rise, located at the corner of Ayala Avenue and the trendy Malugay Street.
"We think that a community as lively as Salcedo Village deserves to be complemented by a residence that mirrors its lifestyle, and Shang Salcedo Place fits the bill perfectly," said Milen Treichler, marketing manager of Shang Properties.
The developer held a showcase for Shang Salcedo on January 29, where it also exhibited local merchants from Salcedo Village to provide a sample of the neighborhood to their guests. Among these merchants were artisanal coffee shop Commune Cafe; Altro Mondo art gallery, which exhibits at The Picasso Boutiqued Serviced Residences; Ark Cafe + Lounge; and Lulu & Hooch, a boutique restaurant.
Shang Salcedo is pegged for completion within the fourth quarter of 2016, but roughly 50 percent of its 749 units has sold out, according to Susan Yu, sales director of Shang Properties.
The condominium was designed by Hong Kong-based firm, Wong & Tung International Limited. Interiors were created by Manny Samson and Associates, focusing on luxury and elegance.
