Located in Barangay Laguerta in Calamba, Laguna, a 7.46-hectare property was recently inaugurated as Casa Laguerta, a low-cost housing project. Developer Stateland Inc. issued that the project, launched in partnership with the Pag-IBIG Fund, was the company's contribution to the housing backlog.
"Casa Laguerta in Calamba, Laguna, is our answer to the government’s call to build more socialized houses," said Stateland president, Reynaldo Cometa.
"The time is right for developers like us to intensify our efforts to help minimum wage earners who yearn for decent and affordable homes. Imagine owning your dream home for a monthly amortization for as low as P2,227 that is payable within 30 years," said Cometa.
Lot sizes are at 33.25 square meters, while houses -- designed as row houses -- span 21 square meters in floor area.
Cometa issued that the model units featured "convertible custom-built furniture to maximize living areas."maximize living areas."
"The community features a multipurpose hall and playground to cater to residents’ recreational needs. It will also provide a 24-hour security, making it the perfect environment for the family," added Cometa.
Despite low rates, Cometa stated that house and land development were of sound planning and construction.
"Casa Laguerta is the epitome of the company’s mission to deliver quality and innovative products and services to its customers and to make meaningful contribution to national development," issued Cometa.
Within view of Mt. Makiling, Casa Laguerta is accessible via the Canlubang or Batino exit along the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).
