San Juan has an endless supply of things to do alone, with a date or even with your whole family.
San Juan is a go-to spot for shoppers on a budget. Shoppesville is probably one of the best places to get a good deal on trendy items. From home décor to clothing to even gadgets, Shoppesville has it all on sale and for a good price too.
If you’re running low on energy and are looking to refill your stomach, then San Juan might just be the place you’re looking for. Wilson Street throughout J. Abad Santos Street and P. Guevarra Street are all crawling with restaurants from the more popular chains to the hole-in-the-wall eateries. From Chinese to Japanese, Mexican to Italian, you’ll definitely find a place to fill up.
Wilson Street is a great place for a lunch or dinner and for those looking for a place to drink with their buds, then stay put. Come night time, the street becomes a place to go to for a couple beers and cocktails. With the bars and pubs that recently opened in this area, you’ll definitely find a fit for you and your friends.
If you and your friends are more active types then San Juan City still has something for you. If you’d want to go bowling, head to E-Lanes along Ortigas St. If you’re more the basketball type, then gather some buddies and rent the court at Ronac Art Center. But if badminton is your sport, then head on over to the Greenhills Shopping Center to get your fix.
San Juan City is definitely full of surprises. With a little exploring, I'm sure you can find your next hang-out place along the streets of this amazing city. - Michelle Alyssa Tiu
